Ten years ago, the Futureheads story began when founders Be Kaler Pilgrim, Gill Arnold, and Rachel Murray quit their full-time jobs with a dream to build a company of their own with investment and mentoring from Charlie Hoult. Fast forward to 2019, Futureheads is 40 people strong, and has been named one of the UK’s best places to work by Great Place To Work Institute and is named on the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain.
And we’re certainly not finished. We’re growing and developing our service offerings, and as an important part of that growth, have appointed Paula Jago as Director of Business Operations.
She’s previously held leadership roles at Tobias & Tobias, M&C Saatchi and iCrossing, and brings in deep experience in a broad range of core disciplines: Business Strategy, Transformation and Commoditisation, People Management and Organisation, Creative Services, UX & CX Design, Marketing & Communications, HR, Finance, Operations, Product Strategy, Programme Management, Customer Services, Integrated Production, Systems and Processes, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement.
As Director of Business Operations, Paula will play a key role in planning and enabling our ambitious growth plans over the next two years.
Paula has known our founders Rachel, Be and Gill for several years, and has worked with Futureheads as both a client and a candidate. She also has first-hand experience leading teams across our service offerings, so we could not be more excited to have Paula on board.
Paula is joining a high-performing senior management team consisting of:
- Jon Wall, Recruitment Director
- Chris Chapman, Associate Director
- Andrew Rogers, Associate Director
- Alison Porthouse, Associate Director, Finance
- Olga Curtis, Operations Manager
- Toby Thwaites, Design Team Manager
- Rohan Maheswaran, Tech Team Manager
We’d like to thank you for being a part of our story so far.
