Future Thinkers: Roopam Jain

Roopam Jain is a Product and Technology Executive with more than 18 years of experience delivering AI into live enterprise operations, not just pilot programmes. At A.P. Moller-Maersk, she was named one of ten global AI Big Bets Leaders, spearheading a flagship multi-agent AI programme targeting more than $800 million in operational savings across a $5 billion cost base and over 70 global terminals.

As Senior Director, she leads product for Maersk's full B2B, B2C and B2B2C cargo flow portfolio, including the offer, order and contract management platforms underpinning a $45 billion global business, managing a team of 15 Product Managers within a cross-functional organisation of more than 250 people.
