Maria Chilikov is a product and technology leader who has covered the full arc, building organisations from zero to $500M. As Chief Product Officer at Beauty Pie, she drove the company to its first-ever profitability.

She co-founded and scaled MarketCube to power more than 1,600 marketplaces, including Fortune 500 clients, and at Matchesfashion she led international expansion, helping position the business for its £1 billion acquisition.

Maria now partners with founders, leadership teams and the venture capital firms backing them at key inflection points, where growth slows, becomes expensive or starts to break the business.
