UX & Service Design

Chris Chapman

<p class="MsoNormal">As Co-MD, Chris is responsible for leading the Futureheads and SyncD businesses in the UK, DACH &amp; Nordic regions.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Chris has been with Futureheads for almost a decade, spending time within and growing both Futureheads and SyncD teams. Chris has spent time embedded with clients spanning digital media, technical consultancy and med-tech, so is not only a digital hiring expert, but genuinely understands how the Futureheads clients work. Passionate about growing an industry-aligned business, Chris has lectured at several universities, and co-organises and attends industry events.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When he&rsquo;s not living and breathing all things digital, he can be found spending time with family, attending live music events, playing football and searching for golf balls in the long grass.</p>

Rohan Maheswaran

<p>As Co-MD, Rohan ensures the client experience is best-in-class and coaches customers and internal teams on building and executing successful recruitment and growth strategies.</p>
<p>Rohan is an industry high performer with a deep understanding of technology, and how the product life cycle and the individuals who contribute to it, impact a company&rsquo;s reach. His track record and building of genuine, trusted relationships enables him to advise on the right solutions without compromising the values.</p>
<p>When Rohan isn't working, he is travelling around the world &ndash; Japan, South Africa and Sri Lanka are recent faves! Enjoying exploring new foods along the way. He is also an avid sports fan (both playing and watching), and keeps fit at the gym and swims regularly.</p>

Andrew Rogers

<p>Andrew's varied background across several industries coupled with deep knowledge within engineering, design and product &ndash; allows him to bring a unique lens when working with businesses to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions to solve their hiring challenges. Leading the Data team at Futureheads, he is passionate about partnerships and supporting client plans for growth. Outside of work, Andrew has two boys keeping him busy, but in his rare spare time, he likes to squeeze in a round of golf.&nbsp;</p>

Toby Thwaites

<p>Toby joined Futureheads in 2011 as a Resourcer and one of the business's original recruits.</p>
<p>He now oversees all sales initiatives across the Futureheads business. Toby leads the Senior Sales management team in order to deliver an efficient, first-class experience to our clients and candidates.</p>
<p>When not at work, Toby loves countryside living with his partner and Labrador (Olive), good food, nurturing his garden, and going on new adventures.&nbsp;</p>

Leillah Sekalala

<p>Leillah is Futureheads and Syncd's FInance and Operations Director. She has a strong focus on building business whilst putting people first. She is passionate about helping people feel safe within businesses from a DEI and mental health perspective.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Leillah manages the finance, compliance, and operations teams. Working with all teams on business strategy. Financial modelling and reporting, &nbsp;budgeting, re-forecasting, compliance, and operations.&nbsp;<br><br>Outside of work, she's trying to win &lsquo;mother of the year&rsquo; awards from her teenage child 😊, plays table tennis semi-competitively. Enjoys watching F1, loves listening to Soca music and going to carnival, and most of all loves changing hairstyles!</p>

Caroline Waylen

<p>Caroline is the Head of People across the FH Group.</p>
<p>She has over 20 years of experience working in the recruitment industry across financial services and digital clients. Her role encompasses everything people which includes recruitment, training, retention, benefits and all things HR related.</p>
<p>Caroline loves to travel and has passed this love of travelling onto her twins. The family started travelling with a 3-month trip across Asia when the children were only 3 and they can now regularly be seen across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia."</p>

Becca Ly

<p>Becca heads up the Marketing operations for Futureheadsand and SyncD, the company's embedded solutions offering.</p>
<p>With over a decade of recruitment marketing experience, Becca brings a wealth of knowledge and a niche skill set of understanding the recruitment market, communicating to the market with integrity and data-led insight. As part of the leadership team, Becca manages a team of three and is responsible for the company's marketing and communications strategies, coaching on personal branding, developing thought leadership for the Digital and Tech sector, as well as ensuring a solid brand alignment with the company's ethos; People before Profit.</p>
<p>Outside of work, you'll find Becca travelling somewhere in the UK or abroad taking some time&nbsp;to recharge. Music, live sports and events are a go-to, she loves being in the moment. Most weekends you'll find her with friends or family enjoying good food and company!</p>

Maria Jones

<p>Maria manages the Contract Team at Futureheads.</p>
<p>Maria has worked in recruitment for around 10 years, and the majority of this has been within the Design &amp; creative sector.</p>
<p>When it comes to management, Maria focuses on each consultant's individual style of working and adapts her approach to how best she can support that. She believes in creating a team environment where consultants are set up and given the tools to be the best version of themselves every day.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family. She recently had a baby girl called Nancy, who keeps her busy. And when she and her friends can finally get a girls' day out in the diary, you will usually find them at some sort of bottomless brunch in London!&nbsp;</p>

Be Kaler Pilgrim

<p>Be is a Founder of Futureheads and Led the User Experience Practice for several years.</p>
<p>Be&rsquo;s role is to ensure the business is working to its best, helping set the strategy and ensuring the values and the foundations of the business are kept at the heart of its practice. In more recent years Be has been instrumental in putting together the EDI strategy and ensuring we are continuing to learn and improve.</p>
<p>Be recently moved to the country (from Brixton) to get better at gardening, running, cooking and mumming. She continues to read and learn more about the EDI agenda in the UK to help stay informed, and keep Futureheads informed.</p>

Gill Arnold

<p>Gill is one of the Founders of Futureheads, with a background in digital recruitment and business operations.</p>
<p>She works with the Leadership team to enable the success of the business, ensuring our practice is the best it can be. Passionate about our company culture and our commitment to People and Purpose, Gill strives to ensure that Futureheads&rsquo; values are demonstrated in everything we say and do, every day.</p>
<p>A couple of youngsters (one human, one cockapoo) occupy a lot of Gill's time these days, interspersed with her healthy obsessions with great food, music, art and books, all best enjoyed with family, friends and a glass of red.</p>

Rachel Murray

<p>Rachel is one of the three female founders at Futureheads. Rachel is always there to listen, wants to work out what makes people tick, and has everyone&rsquo;s best interests at heart.</p>
<p>Hiring the right people and ongoing staff development is very important to Rachel, and she leads with real care and unrivalled attention for detail, while at the same time looking after her long-standing senior network. Not afraid of hard work and meticulous planning, she brings energy and passion to work every day.</p>
<p>Rachel is the team&rsquo;s adrenaline junkie.Once to be found skydiving or kite-surfing on the South coast, Rachel now gets her kicks from running around after her young son Ben. She&rsquo;s also a bit of a mum at work too &ndash; having trained as a counsellor,</p>

Charlie Hoult

<p>Charlie likes people &ndash; a quality he shares with all of us Futureheaders. He likes making things happen and has used the rocket fuel of venture capital and the stardust of angel finance to help people look over horizons. He knows digital, advertising and the tech sector from way back and built Loewy Group from 40 to 400 people. He believes it&rsquo;s important to be humble with strangers.</p>

Emily Massey

<p>Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading the Product &amp; Projects team, working across roles up to C-suite level. She has eight years of experience across a range of sectors and clients, helping clients to grow teams across both contract and permanent work.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Emily has a wide range of interests including going to gigs and the theatre, both reading and buying books (one day she will finish her ever-growing to-be-read pile) and is always looking for new podcast suggestions, especially if it&rsquo;s true crime, history, film or pop culture based.&nbsp;</p>

Alicia Richardson

<p class="ql-align-center">Alicia has over 5 years of experience across recruitment and diversity hiring space and embedded solutions businesses. She has experience in tech, creative, fashion, and digital marketing agencies helping them to attract and retain diverse talent.&nbsp;She works across the Futureheads and SYncD business enabling customers to strengthen their DEI hiring strategies.</p>
<p class="ql-align-center">Alicia finds joy in working with organisations, witnessing the results of diverse hiring and the impact it has on individual lives and the wider organisation</p>
<p class="ql-align-center">Outside of work, Alicia runs a network called Black Create Connect &ndash; connecting Black professionals to career opportunities and has been working with influencers to provide global coaching and training organisations on DEI.</p>

Lewis Deeley

<p>Lewis has over three years of experience working across the Norwegian, Danish and Swedish markets and had helped build design and engineering teams from the ground up for ambitious startups whilst also finding industry leaders the very best senior tech talent.</p>
<p>He specialises in recruiting across UX Design, Product Design, Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack Software and Web Development, as well as DevOps Engineers, Product Managers and Tech Leadership.</p>
<p>With a demonstrable track record, he prides himself in consistent service that is supported by over 50 LinkedIn recommendations which testify to the great experience his clients and candidates have received.</p>
<p>Lewis is a family man, with 2 young children (a boy &amp; a girl) and a huge football fan, luckily (or not) he happens to support a good team (Liverpool) so he enjoys watching most games and going to different stadiums around England and Europe.</p>

Johann Nathanielsz

<p>Johann has over 15 years of recruitment experience. Originally starting in healthcare recruitment, a couple of weeks before his 17th birthday in a market he was extremely successful in. During the pandemic, he decided to leave that market and move into Tech, a market he mentions he will probably stay in for the rest of his recruitment career. Johann has celebrated a successful few years, cementing a very good name for himself in the DACH (Germany, Switzerland &amp; Austria) Cloud &amp; Infrastructure market&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, you will find him either with his mates, gigs, festivals, in a plant shop, gym, fitness, MMA. Shopping, because he loves his fashion and just being a massive Marvel &amp; Star Wars nerd - He recently bought a very spenny lightsabre (Because why not 🙂).</p>

Joseph Cardone

<p>Joseph is a UI and Product Design Senior Consultant for Futureheads.</p>
<p>He has a background in Sales and previously worked for companies such as Tesla and JIVR.&nbsp;As part of the Design Team at Futureheads Joseph works across a broad range of clients from small start-ups, consultancies/agencies and big brands. His main focus is working with permanent UI &amp; Product Designers.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Joseph is a DJ and Music Producer. He's been doing that for over 15 years. He's also a salsa dancer and loves to cook Italian food.&nbsp;</p>

Kevel Rathod

<p>Kevel drives strategic partnerships at Futureheads and SyncD. Collaborating with industry leaders to create innovative solutions and drive mutual growth.</p>
<p>With his vast experience in recruitment, Kevel has a great understanding of his candidates' motivations and clients' requirements. As well as truly getting to know the clients he works with to ensure a smooth client relationship.</p>
<p>Outside of work, you will find Kevel at 1Rebel, trying to learn the Saxophone and training for Tough Mudder!</p>

Rob Lock

<p>Rob has experience supporting a wide range of businesses from SMEs to global enterprises. He prides himself on his result-focused approach and always strives to ensure an informative and fulfilling experience for the candidates, clients and hiring managers he works with.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Rob is now working within our Nordics team. He has a niche skill in identifying the source of the hiring challenge and taking the time to truly understand the key skills and attributes required to go to market and secure the highest quality tech talent possible. The specialisms Rob is focusing on are; Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Product Designers and Head of / Director Level professionals.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Rob is all things football. He is a big Arsenal fan (don't judge him) and likes to get to as many games as he can up and down the country. He is also big into spending time with friends and family, and of course not forgetting spending lots of time with my little sausage dog Ava. &nbsp;</p>

Jamie Roostan

<p>Jamie is a specialist recruiter building out our DevOps and SRE desk here at Futureheads who has been doing recruitment for the last seven years.</p>
<p>Her primary sectors include FinTech, eCom, Tech for Good &amp; Sustainability. She's super passionate about EDI and even runs her own gender minority meet-up group!</p>
<p>Jamie enjoys socialising, seeing her friends outside of work and binge-watching any reality TV shows (mainly below deck and RuPaul's drag race). She has also recently taken an interest in hiking and has completed Snowdon, Scafell Pike and next on the list is Ben Nevis!</p>

Joe Parry

<p>Joe sits within the Engineering team and works across the stack filling Front End, Full Stack and Backend positions within the JavaScript sphere.</p>
<p>Joe works alongside various start-up businesses that are looking to make critical software hires to both help teams and products grow by matching skillsets alongside cultural fit for clients and candidates.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Joe has his hands full running after his two toddlers alongside his wife, whilst also trying to find time to watch live sports and grab a beer with friends.&nbsp;</p>

Jordan Pye

<p>Jordan is a consultant sitting on the Design team.</p>

<p>He has over five years of experience working as a Recruitment Consultant within the Design and UX space. Helping clients hire top design talent on a contract basis.</p>

<p>Outside of work, Jordan enjoys keeping busy by either going to the gym, playing football or socialising with friends.&nbsp;</p>

Sophie Holt

<p>Sophie heads up all things freelance for the Product and Projects team, working on a variety of roles up to C-level.</p>
<p>As part of the Product and Projects Team at Futureheads Sophie works with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts placing them with a broad range of clients from small start-ups, consultancies and well-known brands.</p>
<p>Outside of work Sophie enjoys socialising, watching reality TV and spending time with her mini dachshund puppy - Luna &lt;3. Sophie is also passionate about health and fitness and is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher.</p>

Alison Porthouse

<p>Alison is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the financial reporting process for the business.</p>
<p>She provides strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company&rsquo;s financial commitments are met,&nbsp; supporting in development all necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control of the company&rsquo;s business.</p>

Radvile Kubickaite

<p>Radvile is a finance assistant at Futureheads. She has many years of experience in finance and is currently studying alongside work towards a chartered accountant qualification.</p>
<p>As part of the finance team Radvile is looking after contractor and client queries, processes contractor payroll and raises client invoices. She supports the management team with month-end and year-end accounts.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Radvile enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and exploring new experiences.&nbsp;</p>

Makda Berhane

<p>Makda is the Compliance and Operation Manager at Futureheads.</p>
<p>She has great attention to detail, strong knowledge of compliance in recruitment and holds the belief that good communication is key to everything.</p>
<p>When clocking out of work, Makda enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew. She loves watching anime/movies, meeting friends and family and keeps improving her Japanese by going to meetups and exploring language courses.</p>
