We are looking for a Technical ]<br><br><br>100% remote<br><br><br>The role<br>You’ll be the technical Product Manager for all things operations: warehouse systems, fulfillment flows and back-office tools that keep subscriptions moving.<br><br><br><br>You will:<br><ul><li>Own the vision and roadmap for warehouse, fulfillment and back-office platforms.</li><li>Look after WMS, ERP, pick‑to‑light/automation, carrier integrations and how they connect to ecommerce, billing and CRM.</li><li>Map and improve end‑to‑end data and process flows to kill manual work, errors and rework.</li><li>Work with Ops on real workflows (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns) and turn them into smart, scalable systems.</li><li>Partner with CX to make support tools and flows faster, clearer and less painful for customers and agents.</li><li>Use data, dashboards and events to monitor performance and drive continuous optimisation.</li><li>Explore where advanced optimisation / AI‑style logic (forecasting, wave planning, batching, slotting, labour optimisation) can genuinely move the needle.</li></ul><br><br>You<br><ul><li>7–10  years in product, ideally in <strong>ops-heavy</strong> or consumer businesses (ecom, subscription, marketplaces, 3PL/WMS, etc.).</li><li>Hands-on ownership of warehouse / fulfillment / back-office systems (WMS, OMS, ERP, automation, 3PL integrations).**** (if you do not have this you will not be concidered)</li><li>Comfortable with the full <strong>order-to-cash</strong> journey: order, fulfillment, invoicing, payment, reconciliation.</li><li>Strong communicator who can translate warehouse reality into crisp specs and align engineers, ops and CX.</li><li>Happy juggling multiple projects, digging into data, and making clear trade‑offs.</li><li>Bonus: experience with cloud data warehouses, event-driven systems, and tackling optimisation/ML‑type problems.</li></ul><br><br><br>Product Manager – Technical (Ops, Warehouse & Back Office)<br>(This is an international employment through Deel- while you are employed with holiday, benefits and bonus -it is a self-employed contract)<br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
