The successful candidate will be responsible for , and providing technical expertise in PHP, Laravel, Vue.js JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, SQL, REST, and HTTP. This individual will play a key role in driving the development of digital solutions and leading technical initiatives within the organization.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li>working within team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using PHP, Laravel, Vue.js JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, SQL, REST, and HTTP.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs.</li><li>Drive technical initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices, code quality, and scalability.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance software development practices.</li><li></li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
