Alexandra Busila

<div class="x_elementToProof" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Alexandra prides herself on delivering high standards, using speed, adaptability and precision to seek out hard-to-find talent for her clients. Having joined Futureheads' long-established creative team, she now channels that same energy and rigour into the design world, partnering with design and product leaders to build teams that are not only highly skilled but also culturally aligned and creatively empowered. With a background in the contemporary art world, Alexandra is equally committed to cultivating spaces where designers feel seen, heard, and valued.</div>
