They help clients really understand their finances, make confident decisions about their goals, and see the impact of those decisions over time. Think smart portfolio analytics, behavioural insight and thoughtful design, all wrapped into a premium mobile app used by a very engaged client base.<br><br>You’ll be joining a tight‑knit product and engineering group full of smart, curious people who care about craft, work quickly and ship things that genuinely are exciting and useful.<br><br>What they’re looking for<br><br><ul><li>2-4 years in mobile product management on a high‑quality B2C app (fintech/wealth is a bonus, not a must). Premium B2C companies will be considered to</li><li>Hands‑on experience shipping <strong>native</strong> iOS and Android apps (not just web wrapped in an app shell).</li><li>Someone who notices the details, has high standards, and can’t leave clunky experiences alone.</li><li>Curiosity about AI and modern tooling, and an interest in using agentic AI/LLMs to change how products get built.</li><li>A clear, confident communicator who can bring engineers, designers and founders along with them.</li></ul><br>What you’ll be doing<br><br><ul><li>Owning the client‑facing mobile app experience end‑to‑end across iOS and Android.</li><li>Setting direction, managing the backlog and working with a dedicated mobile squad to ship meaningful improvements.</li><li>Using data to understand how people actually use the app and to measure the impact of every release.</li><li>Continuously improving how the team builds: tightening the loop with engineering and making the most of an AI‑powered pipeline.</li><li>Experimenting with new tools and technology to deliver better products, faster, without sacrificing quality.</li></ul><br>The setup<br><br><ul><li>Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in a central London office.</li><li>Salary: up to <strong>£75,000</strong> depending on experience, plus a strong benefits package (private medical, wellbeing support and more).</li></ul><br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. <p>Specialising in placing product leaders across complex technology ecosystems, she focuses on roles spanning product strategy, user experience design, technical roadmapping, and AI-driven innovation. Working with anyone from start-ups to recently IPO'd companies and candidates as a career matchmaker, AJ leverages her deep understanding of technical frameworks, agile methodologies, and emerging tech trends to connect brilliant people with employers they would love to work for.</p>
