They are now looking for a Product Strategy Lead who will shape the long-term future of their digital platform and team.<br><br>The organisation’s digital platform is at an exciting stage, with a robust launch plan in place for Q4 this year.<br><br>The successful candidate will join a highly capable team and inherit a well-developed platform, providing the ideal foundation to create and deliver the long-term product strategy. This is really exciting opportunity for someone looking to work within Tech for good and provide meaningful digital products.<br><br>This opportunity is ideal for someone with a start-up or scale-up mentality, as well as hands-on experience navigating traditional environments undergoing major tech and digital transformation.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Develop and own the 2–5 year digital product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and user needs.</li><li>Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team (UX/UI, product delivery, business analysis) to deliver high-quality digital products.</li><li>Oversee a digital product portfolio, including new product launches and legacy product transformation.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and alignment with the digital vision.</li><li>Champion user-centred design, accessibility, and inclusion throughout the product lifecycle.</li><li>Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based decision making.</li><li>Ensure robust product governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant standards.</li><li>Monitor product performance, using data and insights to inform priorities and measure success.</li><li>Represent the product function at senior leadership and board meetings as required.</li></ul><br>Candidate Profile:<br><ul><li>Significant experience in digital product management, strategy, or leadership roles. (7 years+)</li><li>Proven ability to set product vision and strategy across B2B and B2C products.</li><li>Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex product portfolios.</li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive and board level.</li><li>Experience with both new product development (0–1) and transformation of legacy systems.</li><li>Deep understanding of user-centred design, agile delivery, and digital best practice.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
