<strong>London | Full-time | On-site (5 days per week)</strong><br> <br>We’re working with a fast-growing global technology platform looking to hire a Product Designer into their Money team in London.<br> The company operates across both marketplace and SaaS products, building a complex ecosystem of tools used by businesses and professionals around the world.<br> This role will focus specifically on Money, designing products and experiences across payments and financial services. You’ll be working on complex, interconnected journeys where clarity, accuracy and attention to detail are critical, turning complicated financial processes into simple, intuitive and beautifully crafted product experiences.<br> They’re looking for a mid-to-senior Product Designer who combines strong product thinking with excellent interaction design, systems thinking and a high level of craft. This is a particularly good opportunity for someone who enjoys getting deep into complex flows, understanding how systems work and solving problems with multiple requirements, dependencies and edge cases.<br> Fintech or payments experience would be highly relevant, but isn’t essential. Experience within other complex, transactional or regulated digital products would also translate well.<br> <br><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong><br> <br>* Designing end-to-end experiences across payments, money and financial products<br>* Turning complex transactional journeys into simple and intuitive user experiences<br>* Working through detailed flows, states, dependencies and edge cases<br>* Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers<br>* Exploring and testing different concepts and solutions before arriving at the right outcome<br>* Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI<br>* Balancing customer needs with commercial, technical and regulatory requirements<br>* Contributing to scalable design systems and consistency across the wider product<br>* Participating in discovery, research and experimentation<br>* Using customer insights, feedback and data to inform design decisions<br> <br><strong>What they’re looking for:</strong><br> <br>* Mid-to-senior level Product Designer with strong end-to-end product design experience<br>* Experience designing complex digital products, workflows or transactional journeys<br>* Excellent UX and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail<br>* Strong systems thinking and an ability to understand interconnected product experiences<br>* Strong UI and visual craft, with the ability to take work through to polished execution<br>* Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers<br>* Comfortable navigating technical constraints, edge cases and detailed requirements<br>* Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment<br>* A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, attention to detail and high-quality execution<br> <br>Previous experience within fintech, payments or financial services would be a bonus, but isn’t a requirement.
