And as a Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll help to steer the next phase of their journey; overseeing all digital marketing activities across various channels, focusing on brand development, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.<br><br>This is a senior leadership role that requires a broad skillset spanning performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media and traditional marketing, along with the communication skills to align / influence different teams and stakeholders.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>✅ 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience.<br>✅ B2B experience, preferably within a SaaS or platform-led business.<br>✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.<br>✅ Demonstratable experience of overseeing successful multi-channel digital campaigns.<br>✅ Deep knowledge of performance marketing, demand generation, SEO, content marketing, social media and analytics.<br>✅ Experience of shaping and executing a content strategy and roadmap.<br>✅ Good knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.<br>✅ Familiar with HubSpot.<br>✅ Ability to analyse and interpret data to drive decision making and turn metrics into actionable insights.<br>✅ Great collaborator, but equally comfortable operating autonomously.<br>✅ Excellent project management skills.<br>✅ Purpose driven mindset, with a track record and/or interest in driving ‘tech-for-good’ initiatives.<br><br>If you’re an experienced Digital Marketing Lead that’s looking for a exciting purpose-driven opportunity, then please apply.<br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
