You'll define features with a deep understanding of how they will be developed, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and ready for development. And you'll analyse and document data flows across both systems and business processes<br><br>This is a role that requires a business-first mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work across multiple layers of an organization.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>✅ Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst in a scrappy & fast-paced digital product environment, where flexibility and initiative are key.<br>✅ Strong product mindset & able to apply Design Thinking processes to drive tangible solutions.<br>✅ High level of business acumen with an understanding of organizational dynamics.<br>✅ Lots of process flow mapping experience.<br>✅ Previously worked in a cross-functional team with product managers, designers, and engineers.<br>✅ Excellent communication & facilitation skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.<br>✅ Excellent knowledge of Agile.<br>✅ B2C & B2B experience.<br>✅ Prior charity / tech-for-good experience is desired but not essential.<br><br>If you’re an experienced Business Analyst that’s looking for a exciting purpose-driven opportunity, then please apply.<br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
