Role: Agile Delivery Manager<br>Client: Consultancy/Public Sector<br>Start date: ASAP<br>Duration: Until 31st March 2026<br>Rate: £525/d inside of IR35<br>Location: Remote – Must be based in UK with full right to work<br> <br>We’re working with a leading tech consultancy that are seeking a contract Agile Delivery Manager to join them to work with a public sector client for a short engagement.<br> <br>This person will:<br>Manage and support multifunctional agile teams, including developers, designers, researchers, and product owners.<br>Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases.<br>Remove delivery obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.<br>Ensure the team delivers high-quality products that meet user needs and adhere to public sector accessibility and security requirements.<br>Track and report delivery progress using appropriate agile metrics and delivery reports.<br>Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities, and dependencies across teams and programmes.<br>Champion agile principles, coaching team members and stakeholders in agile ways of working.<br> <br>Candidates must have recent experience of working with multifunctional teams within the UK public sector, focusing on digital products.
