Our bonus scheme
Futureheads has a unique bonus scheme which celebrates and reflects our collaborative working practices and culture. Each member of the scheme is rewarded based on both personal and company performance, reflecting their contribution to the wider business’ success through sharing and cross-selling, as well as their own gross profit achievements.
It’s a bonus scheme which engenders trust and collaboration but which also allows consultants to maximise their earnings. Overall, we ensure that your total earnings (including base salary) equate to at least 30% of the gross profit you bill. This rises to 32% for those billing £300k+ and 34% for those at £400k+.
We also ensure that non-billers, including support staff, receive a share of the company’s success, so it’s a truly inclusive scheme.

Consultants at Futureheads specialise in a specific digital discipline, building really deep knowledge with a niche network. We hire recruiters who are interested in becoming experts in a field, and help them build really credible knowledge which adds value to our customers.
All consultants run dual desks across contract and permanent as we believe this delivers continuity of service to clients, and maximises earning potential for you. Our collaborative culture means that your colleagues actively contribute to your success, and vice versa. Several heads are better than one!
