Am I a Futurehead?
We’re not your typical recruitment business. We work hard and get some phenomenal results, but we also openly put our people first.
If you want to work with genuinely nice people who care about what they do (and have a bit of fun along the way) then we might be for you!
Interesting fact: we deliberately don’t have any walls in our office. We argue over the office Spotify playlist, but other than that we genuinely all get on. And, unlike a lot of agencies, we leave the competition at the door. At Futureheads, we are one team – we win and lose together.
Whether you’re taking your first steps into the digital industry, you’re an established specialist, or you’re thinking of a total career change – why not come in for a brew?
Why work for us?
A dynamic digital market
The digital industry is growing, fast-moving and highly engaged with recruitment, yet very skills-short. There is a real need for a genuinely consultative approach – smart recruiters have a clear opportunity to overachieve on billings and enjoy a huge variety of work. Our deep experience in digital means we can help you navigate the market quickly.
A brand and culture you can be proud of
Because we work hard, deliver, add value along the way and do it all without a fuss, we have an excellent reputation amongst hiring managers and HR teams alike. Our ethics, values and reputation wins business and helps you to succeed.
And because we hire the best people, you get to work with colleagues you can trust and truly collaborate with.
Play to your strengths
Being a Futurehead means you can focus on playing to your strengths, operating in a way that not only optimises your performance but also helps you master you chosen area.
We aren’t locked into the idea that you have to do it all yourself in a typical ‘360’ role but try and ensure that you can focus on those skills that get you the best results and most enjoyment. If you love the challenge of business development and account management then let that be your thing, whilst those more inclined to delivery and service can equally find the right career path at Futureheads.
Your career pathway is transparent from Day 1 and you are firmly in the driving seat. We are more than happy to support you in reaching whatever career level you want and will constantly invest in helping you become a better Futurehead. We recognise that leadership comes in many forms, not just through managing people, so we have created a range of career paths that enable you to fulfil that leadership potential. Everyone has a voice here, which means the best ideas and initiatives can come from any part of the organisation, whether that’s from back office experts, recruitment practice specialists or people managers.
An award-winning business
We’re passionate about our company culture, so we are delighted to have been to have been named a Great Place to Work in in the UK small business category, ranking within the top 3 companies.
We’ve also won special awards for Excellence in Leadership and Excellence in Learning and Development, and have been listed in London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain in 3 consecutive years. That’s a great credit to everyone in our team.
Futureheads careers are anything but ordinary!
When you join Futureheads it’s immediately clear that there is something special about the brand, the people, the culture and the opportunity.
You are valued as an individual from Day 1 and as we learn more about each other we can help you shape the pace of your progression and direction of your career down any number of channels including people management, practice lead, super fee earner and account manager or alternatively migrate your skills & experience into your own recruitment outsourcing (RPO) division FutureheadsON.
How you progress is mapped out from the start and there are clear guidelines including the support you can expect from the leadership team to make achieving your career goals at Futureheads a case of ‘when and not if”.
Because we are ambitious about both growing our existing markets and expanding into complementary market sectors, there’s lots of opportunity. If you’ve got a market growth idea, we’d love to hear it.
Our bonus scheme
If you become a Futurehead then one thing is certain, you have drie and ambition and just don’t settle for mediocrity. Our financial reward structures support that ambition with growth based bonuses that you can control.
Simply speaking, if you continue to develop and grow your business then you have the opportunity to earn bonuses in excess of 40% of GP but we appreciate that things don’t always go to plan, so our competitive base salaries ensure you can meet your monthly commitments. It’s a bonus scheme which engenders collaboration but which also allows fee earners to control their own destiny and maximise their earnings.
As our business grows we continue to evolve our staff benefits, both ‘softer’ cultural offerings and more formalised benefits to enhance your overall package.
