    Simply speaking, if you continue to develop and grow your business then you have the opportunity to earn bonuses in excess of 40% of GP but we appreciate that things don’t always go to plan, so our competitive base salaries ensure you can meet your monthly commitments. It’s a bonus scheme which engenders collaboration but which also allows fee earners to control their own destiny and maximise their earnings.
