Futureheads appoints Director of Business Operations Paula Jago

Ten years ago, the Futureheads story began when founders Be Kaler Pilgrim, Gill Arnold, and Rachel Murray quit their full-time jobs with a dream to build a company of their own with investment and mentoring from Charlie Hoult. Fast forward to 2019, Futureheads is 40 people strong, and has been named one of the UK’s best places to work by Great Place To Work Institute and is named on the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain.

Futureheads makes the Recruiter Top 100 List for the second year

We are delighted to announce that we are on the Recruiter Top 100 list, which lists the UK recruitment companies with the greatest gross profit per employee. Out of 39,000 UK recruitment businesses, Futureheads was ranked at 77, up three places from last year.
