<strong>WFM Analyst </strong><br><br> We are looking for a WFM Analyst to join a leading, multinational tech company for 12 months.<br><br>  <br><br> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Daily production hours vs target check to ensure staffing level & productivity meets expectations.</li><li>Weekly updating & analysing WFM trackers.</li><li>Contribute to insights for WBRs & MBRs.</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure issues impacting productivity are reported.</li><li> </li></ul><strong>Minimum qualifications:</strong><br><br><ul><li>1 + years’ experience within WFM</li><li>Multiple years of experience analysing data in Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools.</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Experience in problem solving</li><li>Reliable team player that can work independently</li></ul><br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
