<p>I am working with a global SaaS business in the MarTech space, which works with enterprise clients to build their brands and brand assets. Their product suite supports customers in the Fortune 500 and other Bluechip companies. They are going through an exciting period of growth and change, and they are looking for a VP of Product to join the business, focusing on propositions.<br><br>Their HQ is in Scandinavia, with a more recent office in London where these roles will be based. They are growing quickly and working collaboratively to deliver the next generation of world class products. Ideally, they are looking for people who can be in the London office once a week.<br><br>The VP of Product will be joining during a significant change, as they create a modular product platform to prepare for future growth. They are looking for a VP of Product to work alongside the CPO as they define their proposition and roadmap, to build on the product vision. The Product function is far-reaching within the business, and this role will lead part of that, specifically the marketing, sales, partnerships and customer success teams. The role will involve coaching these teams to ensure they can perform at their best and being their advocate internally. Initially, The VP of Product will be supporting them as they consolidate their product suite, working on a discovery piece for the next phase of their transformation and working closely with other managers in the business.<br><br>This role will have six direct reports, including Product Leads and the Head of Product Marketing.<br><br>This is an important role, and they are looking for candidates with:<br><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Experience Leading and Coaching Product teams, but the ability to be hands on.</li>
<li>Experience championing the important of commercial value within product delivery.</li>
<li>Knowledge of developing existing products and building brand-new products.</li>
<li>Understanding of Product Marketing, to support the team.</li>
<li>MarTech experience would be a benefit, but is not essential.</li>
</ul>

<p>Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading the Product &amp; Projects team, working across roles up to C-suite level. She has eight years of experience across a range of sectors and clients, helping clients to grow teams across both contract and permanent work.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Emily has a wide range of interests including going to gigs and the theatre, both reading and buying books (one day she will finish her ever-growing to-be-read pile) and is always looking for new podcast suggestions, especially if it&rsquo;s true crime, history, film or pop culture based.&nbsp;</p>
