<p>Currently working with a company that provides a software for musicians, DJs, and producers to create audiovisual worlds to accompany their music, be it for a livestream on the internet, a music video or short-form content for social media, or even visuals for a live event.<br><br>Role: Unity 3D Generalist<br><br>Team:&nbsp;<br>You&rsquo;ll be working in the content department where you&rsquo;ll be the most senior person in that team. Under you there will be juniors but no formal line management will be needed.&nbsp;<br>You&rsquo;ll be reporting to the CTO.<br><br>Salary: up to &pound;80,000 (depending on experience)<br><br>Location: Remote (-/+ 4 hours of GMT max) but biannual meetings in person in London are required.<br><br>Key required skills/software:<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Realtime visuals (shaders, procedural generation, Unity VFX Graph and Shader Graph etc.)<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Unity rendering pipelines<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;3D asset generation and modelling software<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Skills around writing Unity editor scripts/tooling is a bonus<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Start-Up Experience (nice to have)<br><br>Please highlight if you cover at least 2 of the 4 skills above (excluding start-up experience).<br><br>Interview Process:<br>- &nbsp; &nbsp;1st stage, download the software&nbsp;before the interview and share your thoughts with the CTO<br>- &nbsp; &nbsp;2nd stage, deep dive into your work with CTO and the lead developer&nbsp;<br>- &nbsp; &nbsp;3rd stage, creative prompt, &ldquo;make a 3d dj booth&rdquo; for example&nbsp;<br><br>This is a great opportunity to empower a software for artist that can&rsquo;t afford to have bespoke visuals for them and also a way to have a big impact on the product, define the tools and express your creativity and passion for 3D and Visual Arts.<br><br><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. Joseph Cardone

<p>Joseph is a UI and Product Design Senior Consultant for Futureheads.</p>
<p>He has a background in Sales and previously worked for companies such as Tesla and JIVR.&nbsp;As part of the Design Team at Futureheads Joseph works across a broad range of clients from small start-ups, consultancies/agencies and big brands. His main focus is working with permanent UI &amp; Product Designers.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Joseph is a DJ and Music Producer. He's been doing that for over 15 years. He's also a salsa dancer and loves to cook Italian food.&nbsp;</p>
