<p><strong>UI Designer<br></strong><br>I&rsquo;m currently working with UK&rsquo;s first B Corp Health Insurer who have now built and launched a new venture as part of their existing portfolio of companies.<br><br>They&rsquo;re on a mission to lower barriers to affordable healthcare and improve patient choice, with an exciting new business sitting at the heart of the new digitalisation and venture building strategy - empowering practitioners to give patients the finance and confidence to get the care they need. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the journey to create and scale a multi-product business across health financing, treatment support, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provision and compliance.<br><br>To achieve these goals, the client are now hiring a high-performing permanent team to join the leadership team to take the venture to the next level;<br><br><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be responsible for as a UI Designer: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Set expectations and estimate time and delivery of UI components with an agile mindset</li>
<li>Build and manage Figma UI workspace &amp; design system workspace</li>
<li>Apply appropriate UI design patterns and components to designs</li>
<li>Collaborate with design and product team on defining information architecture and workflows, concept development and interaction design</li>
<li>Partake in user research and provide recommendations in both written and visual format</li>
<li>Translate user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions</li>
<li>Brief and collaborate with product and engineering team in determining build ready screens</li>
<li>Collaborate to help define copy and content</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><br></strong><strong>You should have:&nbsp; </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in build ready screens for engineering teams</li>
<li>Experience in building out a brand from scratch</li>
<li>Experience in B2B2C</li>
<li>Usability testing experience</li>
<li>Worked in agile, iterative testing cycles (working alongside engineering teams)</li>
<li>Copywriting and content experience is ideal</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and teaming skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English, in order to clearly explain design decisions and processes to stakeholders</li>
</ul>

UI/Product Designer

Alex Cavanagh

<p>Alex is a Senior Consultant at Futureheads and has been involved in the area of product design throughout his entire recruitment career. He particularly enjoys working with hiring managers to uncover exact details of what they'd be looking for and efficiently resourcing for roles.</p>
<p>As part of the product design team, Alex works with tech companies across London and has had great success working with start-ups and fintech businesses.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Alex loves to see friends, visit a variety of pubs around London and travel to different countries. He's had brief spells living in Singapore and Barcelona and now finds himself in the east end of London in Hackney. Alex has also scored at Wembley!</p>
