We want an individual who will inspire and challenge our strategy team to generate insight, strategies and ideas that deliver ambitious change for our clients and deliver on our promise to go beyond their expectations. <br><br><strong>The job in detail</strong> <br><ul><li>Constantly evolve the strategic proposition, services, and processes to ensure they remain relevant for all our clients.</li><li>Shape innovative approaches to solve client challenges and provide direction.</li><li>Lead the team to deliver strategy across all clients and a range of disciplines including (but not limited to) high level visions, product strategy, social and content strategy, campaign planning, analytics, and transformation projects.</li><li>Provide strategic direction in new business pitches, as well as a being a key part of the pitch team.</li><li>Ensure all strategy deliverables are resourced and delivered on brief, on budget and delight the client.</li><li>Motivate, grow and develop a permanent team plus long term freelance resource. You’ll also need to recruit permanent staff and freelance depending on the needs of the business.</li><li>Shape and contribute to our Great State thought leadership programme. Defining interesting areas/trends to explore, conducting any proprietary research to underpin our opinion, and communicating that view.</li></ul> <br><strong>About you</strong> <br><ul><li>You’ll have significant experience of working in a senior strategic role in a digital and fast paced environment.</li><li>You’ll have proven experience of leading teams and managing resources to deliver.</li><li>You’ll have high standards. <p>Sophie heads up all things freelance for the Product and Projects team, working on a variety of roles up to C-level.</p>
<p>As part of the Product and Projects Team at Futureheads Sophie works with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts placing them with a broad range of clients from small start-ups, consultancies and well-known brands.</p>
<p>Outside of work Sophie enjoys socialising, watching reality TV and spending time with her mini dachshund puppy - Luna &lt;3. Sophie is also passionate about health and fitness and is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher.</p>
