<p>I&rsquo;m looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a Product &amp; Service Design Studio, based out of their London offices. This is a great opening for an experienced midweight UX Designer looking for the opportunity to step up into a senior role, or for someone new to a senior UX design position who is looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.<br><br>As a Senior UX Designer, you&rsquo;ll create exceptional low-fidelity iterations, branching out to explore a range of ideas and solutions across different routes, guiding the client through iterative user-centred design processes and methods. You'll be working closely with other practices within the Studio to push digital creativity standards and industry trends within the company.<br><br>Other responsibilities with include developing ideas and concepts from initial wireframes, through to low-fidelity designs as well as prototype and present ideas, interactions and flows with confidence among the design team and clients, all while taking on feedback and iterate based on insights.<br><br>You&rsquo;ll initially be working on a large account with a media Company for 12 months, then rotated onto other projects that offer a variety of challenges.<br><br><br>Key skills<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Expertise in taking projects from brief through to insight-led wireframes and prototypes that bring brands to life<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;A keenness to explore the problem space before iteratively exploring solutions to meet those problems<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong presentation skills, experienced in iterating and presenting ideas, interactions and flows with confidence, guiding clients through the process<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Skilled in working independently or collaboratively with other designers in an Agile environment to create great user experiences<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Able to support costing and planning activities for design deliverables, report on the status of deliverables to the Delivery team and notifying them of any risks<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist the wider team by identifying business opportunities, working on pitches, and generating ideas and suggestions for prospective work.<br><br><br>Benefits<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Annual bonus and profit share<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;25 days paid time off which increases the longer you&rsquo;re with us<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Option to buy and sell up to three days of holiday<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Private pension scheme<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Option to take out medical coverage<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Regular regional away days and local get-togethers<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Plentiful training opportunities<br><br><em>Here at Futureheads, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
