Senior UX Consultant

We have partnered up with a leading customer service provider who specialize in social media. They use Software as a Service (Saas) to manage the flow of customer inquiries through various social media inputs, and work with companies across the World, including some of the largest and most exciting brands in e-commerce, automotive, technology, education, finance, and more. Their products allow messages to be auto-prioritized based off customer needs, a self-learning system which is highly acclaimed, allows conversations to be tracked and have a history and allows teams to also internally communicate about these customer queries quickly and effectively. They are proving an invaluable company and service to some of the biggest brands in the world. They have also acquired an Artificial Intelligence company in order to further their business and better provide this service.
There is some very exciting upcoming UX work within this business. Firstly, there is a large UX Project which entails a refactor of their main platform to fix any potential issues and make it a more efficient platform. This will include work with the recently acquired AI company, to automate some customer interaction and seamlessly integrate that into physical customer engagement from a human agent. There will also be work within the AI company, performing exploratory research to discover what work needs to be done from a UX perspective and then undertaking those tasks.
The right Designer will come from a typical ‘T-Shape’ background- they will need to have a strong grounding in User Research as well as being able to take those findings and produce quality prototypes and wireframes. We are looking for problem solvers. Experience with software builds would be a plus, but in general UX Designers with a strong decision-making process will do well here. It is imperative that Designers can talk through their work and not just what they did, but why they did it that way.
