The team loves the environment, the people and the way the company looks after itself. <br><br> <strong>Main responsibilities;</strong><br><br> The senior consultants ensure our teams deliver fantastic quality work to our clients. As a senior practitioner in a user-centred design business, you will be at the heart of everything they do to deliver impressive quality work to their clients.<br><br> You’ll work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with other UX consultants, service designers, visual designers, technologists, project managers and clients to research and craft innovative design solutions that make a difference.<br><br> <strong>You will;</strong><br><br> Work at all stages of the research and design process<br><br> Plan, facilitate and analyse user research<br><br> Create research outputs, such as personas, experience maps, ‘as-is’ service blueprints etc<br><br> Create strategic design outputs, such as experience visions, ‘to-be’ service blueprints, roadmaps<br><br> Turn research and testing findings into design concepts, at varying levels of fidelity – from sketches to wireframes / rough UI designs<br><br> Create prototypes at varying levels of fidelity, from basic click-throughs to rich, interactive prototypes<br><br> Work in cross-disciplinary delivery teams, create design artefacts for production <br><br> Lead workshops with clients and users<br><br> Present research findings, designs and their rationale to senior stakeholders<br><br>  <br /><br /><em>Here at Futureheads, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. Senior UX Consultant

Alex Cavanagh

<p>Alex is a Senior Consultant at Futureheads and has been involved in the area of product design throughout his entire recruitment career. He particularly enjoys working with hiring managers to uncover exact details of what they'd be looking for and efficiently resourcing for roles.</p>
<p>As part of the product design team, Alex works with tech companies across London and has had great success working with start-ups and fintech businesses.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Alex loves to see friends, visit a variety of pubs around London and travel to different countries. He's had brief spells living in Singapore and Barcelona and now finds himself in the east end of London in Hackney. Alex has also scored at Wembley!</p>
