Senior User Researcher

  • Contract type:Permanent
  • Salary/Rate:£60,000 - 90,000
  • Location:Central London, GB

One of the world’s leading Social Networking and Dating organisations is looking to expand their growing Research department with a Senior appointment to one of their female-first brands.

You’d be working in their London HQ, which is their tech hub filled with people across Design, Product & Engineering, and will have a direct report to the Head of Research with strong mentoring and managerial possibilities on the horizon as the team grows.

We’re looking for primarily a qualitative Researcher, but having some good familiarity with quantitative methodologies will provide extra value. You will be using a diverse set of techniques and due to the work rate of the organisation, you’ll be working in a fast paced multi-disciplinary environment (not unlike a start-up with a mature design culture).

The bulk of the traffic will be through their mobile apps, and a Research Co-ordinator has just been recruited which will free you up from participant recruitment (phew!).

In terms of the Salary, It’s competitive and flexible for the right person, the benefits are extensive and border the decadent.

Concise, clear and rational communication skills are highly desired for this position, and the ability to deliver insights to a variety of stakeholders. You will be independent and will be comfortable running studies yourself from end to end.

The position is calling for support quickly, so at this point we would not be able to accept more than 1 month notice.
