We’re looking for Resourcers to join the Futureheads family!
This is a great opportunity for you to start your career in digital recruitment. You’ll be joining our successful Engineering team to help seek out and engage people with specialist technical skills our clients are looking for.
The role will be to build, develop and maintain relationships with candidates by offering a consultative recruitment solution to meet their needs.
You will be asked to develop an understanding of your specialist market sector through candidate generation, networking and research so that you can really sell the position to candidates.
While you’ll be niche in terms of sector, you’ll be exposed to a very broad client base, from cool creative agencies to investment banks, taking in charities and tech start-ups en route.
