<p>I&rsquo;m currently working with the UK&rsquo;s first B Corp Health Insurer who have now built and launched a new venture as part of their existing portfolio of companies.<br><br>They&rsquo;re on a mission to lower barriers to affordable healthcare and improve patient choice, with an exciting new business sitting at the heart of the new digitalisation and venture building strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the journey to create and scale a multi-product business across health financing, treatment support&nbsp;and compliance.<br><br>They're now are now hiring a high-performing permanent team to join the leadership team to take the venture to the next level;<br><br><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be responsible for as a Principal/QA&nbsp;Manager:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You'll be responsible for leading the development of our quality assurance strategy. This will involve designing test plans, creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting on results with a focus on automation</li>
<li>Responsible for the end-to-end testing of the core platform including automation and smoke testing</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with design, product, and your software engineering teammates</li>
<li>Test both Front end web apps and Back end&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience we are looking for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge in both automated (Cypress) and manual testing with TypeScript/JavaScript</li>
<li>Experience testing both Front end web apps and Back end APIs</li>
<li>Experience working as an IC to manager in a start-up is preferable</li>
<li>Confidence in building automated regression packs</li>
</ul>

QA Manager

Jamie Roostan

<p>Jamie is a specialist recruiter building out our DevOps and SRE desk here at Futureheads who has been doing recruitment for the last seven years.</p>
<p>Her primary sectors include FinTech, eCom, Tech for Good &amp; Sustainability. She's super passionate about EDI and even runs her own gender minority meet-up group!</p>
<p>Jamie enjoys socialising, seeing her friends outside of work and binge-watching any reality TV shows (mainly below deck and RuPaul's drag race). She has also recently taken an interest in hiking and has completed Snowdon, Scafell Pike and next on the list is Ben Nevis!</p>
