About the role
Working on behalf of our senior management team, you will lead our data, digital and technology transformation. We’re looking for an inspirational leader to build new ways of working and to create excitement, understanding and experience of the potential for data and digital technologies to deliver our mission. Alongside swift delivery of priority programme goals, you will the develop future stages of the programme aligned to our strategic priorities.
The Programme Director will lead on the development of people, processes and skills to achieve our objectives. You’ll thrive on the responsibility for ensuring the programme vision is compelling, ambitious and delivers real value. You will create an understanding across Crisis of how the use of digital technology can accelerate our mission to end homelessness. It’s a high-profile role and a rare career opportunity!
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience of leading, developing and delivering large-scale, multi-year complex transformation programmes. We’re looking for the ability to influence and work effectively with other leaders in the transformation journey. Substantial programme budget experience is essential, along with understanding of organisational design, digital strategy, data strategy and technology innovation.
You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to articulate a clear vision to a diverse internal and external audience. To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding leadership skills, experience of working in ambiguity and the ability to manage risk and solve complex problems.
