<p>Futureheads are working closely with a Fintech client who are looking to hire a Product Manager to join their Customer API team. They are a leading credit and store card service, working with some of the world’s best retail brands.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> The API team has an exciting 2023 ahead of them, with lots of growth and some innovative ideas in process that aren't happening elsewhere in the market right now. They have a fantastic product culture, with a strong collaborative environment and lots of opportunity to learn from other talented product managers.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> The Product Manager joining this team will be early on in their career, and they are looking for someone ambitious that wants to work in an environment where they can progress quickly, and expand their knowledge about product and this domain. Working alongside more experienced Product Managers, a team of engineers and the data science team. The role will be working on an API platform, and they are looking for candidates with either experience in this, or who has a good understanding of customers.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> Your responsibilities will include helping to share the future customer journeys, innovating with data scientists, supporting their agile processes, and helping to put together product roadmaps.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> The kind of profile they are looking for is:</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Someone with strong data-driven decision making&nbsp;skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work closely with stakeholders, internally and externally.</li><li>It would be beneficial if you have experience with API products.</li><li>It would be beneficial if you have experience working on personalisation products, or customer experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>Here at Futureheads, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
