Futureheads are working with an award-winning, high growth e-commerce and travel business who operate globally. The business grew a staggering 93% in 2019, 121% in 2020 and are set to continue this level of growth for 2021. The company has been a member of the Financial Times’ fastest growing companies in Europe, is 70 people strong, receives over 6,500 bookings per day. The company are re-launching their website imminently making this an exciting time for the business.

Due to this level of growth, they are looking to hire a Product Manager to support their B2B end of their platform where businesses can upload their accommodation details for consumers to book.

This is a key role in the business where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning, managing and prioritising the backlog for development on the B2B platform
  • Contribute to prioritisation of the overall development roadmap and product strategy 
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand, consolidate and document requirements in order to write clear and well defined user stories
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to scope and refine user stories
  • Be the voice of the users of the B2B platforms, conducting user testing, surveys and focus groups
  • Identify and monitor relevant KPIs in order to prioritise work & demonstrate improvements following new features going live 
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that will positively improve the user experience and/or team’s performance
  • Support the Engineering team with clear, achievable workstream definitions, ensuring both the outcome of work and the measure of success for the work is understood by everyone

To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be/have:

  • Previous product management experience, ideally working on a transactional e-commerce or booking website
  • Passion for delivering great customer experiences through continual experimentation and ideation
  • Have a data focused approach to product
  • The ability to work in a more unstructured environment where you can add structure and processes
  • The ability to work with all levels of the business from the founder/CEO to Engineers and users
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • An interest in the travel industry is also beneficial
