Futureheads are partnered with a leader in the coworking space industry who are looking to hire a Product Manager to help them create amazing digital experiences for their customers.
This brand is backed by one of the biggest investors in the world and have a team of innovators working tirelessly to provide premium bespoke fit outs that align with their customers brands.
This Product Manager must live and breathe the customer journey and have proven experience in guiding a squad of product owners, devs, designers and UX/UI researchers to deliver innovative products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the customer journey
- Have ownership of roadmap and work closely with Head of Digital to delivery against it.
- Identify opportunities in online B2B offerings and lead cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve the customer experience
- Develop digital products by identifying potential enhancements; research; determining specifications and time-integrated plans for product and service introduction and delivery
- Lead a small and mid-scale product development team with multi-disciplines across UK and offshore
- Work collaboratively with brand, digital marketing and sales teams and be able demonstrate knowledge of the customer journey and marketing principles.
