<p>Futureheads are working closely with a Fintech client who are looking to hire a Product Manager to join their platform team, working on a Greenfield product. They are a leading credit and store card service, working with some of the world&rsquo;s best retail brands.<br><br>The Platform team has some exciting plans ahead of them, with lots of growth and some innovative ideas in process that aren't happening elsewhere in the market right now. They have a fantastic product culture, with a strong collaborative environment and lots of opportunity to learn from and work with other talented product managers, engineers and designers.<br><br>The Product Manager joining this team will report into the Lead Product Manager and work closely with a team of engineers and another Product Manager to put together a vision and strategy for the product. A lot of it is under NDA, but there will be a lot of discovery and innovation work to explore the possibilities within this particular space. There is a lot of chance to shape your career, and run product squads in the near future.<br><br>The ideal candidate for this role have:<br><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience and knowledge with identity products e.g authentication, biometrics, authorisation.</li>
<li>Good understanding on how to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, and able to demonstrate good storytelling skills when working with them to update on the product.</li>
<li>This is a fast-paced environment, so you will need the appetite to work this way even if you haven&rsquo;t previously.</li>
<li>Experience with API products or an understanding of them will be a big benefit.</li>
</ul>
