<p>Futureheads are working closely with a Fintech client who are looking to hire a Product Manager to join their API platform team. They are a leading credit and store card service, working with some of the world&rsquo;s best retail brands.<br><br>The API team has some exciting plans ahead of them, with lots of growth and some innovative ideas in process that aren't happening elsewhere in the market right now. They have a fantastic product culture, with a strong collaborative environment and lots of opportunity to learn from and work with other talented product managers, engineers and designers.<br><br>The Product Manager joining this team will support they as they consolidate their current services, and plan the vision and strategy for the future. The Product Manager will oversee a squad, running daily sprints and working with other leads across the team. There is a lot of opportunity for this person to shape their career moving forward as well.<br><br>The ideal candidate for this role have experience with:<br><br></p>
<ul>
<li>API Products</li>
<li>Product discovery &amp; vision setting.</li>
<li>Working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.</li>
<li>Regulated environments.</li>
</ul>

<p>Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading the Product &amp; Projects team, working across roles up to C-suite level. She has eight years of experience across a range of sectors and clients, helping clients to grow teams across both contract and permanent work.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Emily has a wide range of interests including going to gigs and the theatre, both reading and buying books (one day she will finish her ever-growing to-be-read pile) and is always looking for new podcast suggestions, especially if it&rsquo;s true crime, history, film or pop culture based.&nbsp;</p>
