Futureheads have partnered with a scale-up in the Tech for Good space, with a mission to encourage more sustainable travel. Their intelligent platform enables customers to access renewable energy, and have partnerships with multiple brands as well as government initiatives.<br><br> They were established four years ago, and are scaling further this year with a focus on expanding into Europe. They are fast-growing but also cash positive, and have long term plans for the team.<br><br> The Product team consists of five product managers, including a Product Director. They are hiring for an additional Product Manager to oversee their Customer Journey. Working very closely with Customer Success & Support, Sales and data teams, this role will ensure that customers remain at the centre of this product.<br><br> The role will involve developing a strategy and roadmap for the product, will work with cross functional teans to create user storues, will use data and insight to support businesses cases, and will facilitate workshops and meetings, encouraging collaborations and ensuring alignment with the entire business.<br><br> The client is looking for candidates with experience:<br><br><ul><li>2-4 years of Product Management experience in a software environment.</li><li>Experience working on Customer Journeys in a previous role.</li><li>Experience working in an SME or complex environments would be beneficial.</li></ul>Please note, this role is three days a week in the London office.<br /><br /><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. <p>Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading the Product &amp; Projects team, working across roles up to C-suite level. She has eight years of experience across a range of sectors and clients, helping clients to grow teams across both contract and permanent work.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Emily has a wide range of interests including going to gigs and the theatre, both reading and buying books (one day she will finish her ever-growing to-be-read pile) and is always looking for new podcast suggestions, especially if it&rsquo;s true crime, history, film or pop culture based.&nbsp;</p>
