<p>Futureheads is working with a boutique consultancy who support SMEs through transformation, working across digital strategy, due diligence and transformation. They support their clients through growth, data, customer proposition, brand, content, Product &amp; UX.<br><br>They are currently hiring for an experienced Product Manager to join their team, and support their clients through transformation projects. Product Managers support a range of projects, leading on the digital product workstreams and working with a cross-functional internal team, as well as collaborating with client teams as well.<br><br>Your role will involve supporting clients by working with technology teams to identify solutions, defining how to improve teams and products, and generate critical insight and data to create actionable recommendations to improve products. This involves working across the entire product lifecycle, and looking at customer and user needs to make the best recommendations.<br><br>The role will be consultative while remaining hands-on as well, so they are looking to work with someone who can work well with clients.<br><br>Due to the nature of the work, they are looking for candidates with the following:<br><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Around 5-7 years of experience in Product.</li>
<li>Broad experience, having worked on different types of products in your career.</li>
<li>FinTech experience may be a benefit</li>
</ul>

Emily Massey

<p>Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading the Product &amp; Projects team, working across roles up to C-suite level. She has eight years of experience across a range of sectors and clients, helping clients to grow teams across both contract and permanent work.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Outside of work, Emily has a wide range of interests including going to gigs and the theatre, both reading and buying books (one day she will finish her ever-growing to-be-read pile) and is always looking for new podcast suggestions, especially if it&rsquo;s true crime, history, film or pop culture based.&nbsp;</p>
