I am currently working with a global market leading B2B lead generating platform who is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team and report directly into the CEO.<br><br>About role<br>- Owns/responsible for all aspects of their Product. <br>- Product Manager is responsible for one Product, acting as mini-CEO for with end-to-end and top-to-bottom visibility & influence (<em>de facto</em> SME).<br> - Product Manager is responsible for driving evidence-based decisions to create, manage & deliver their product's Vision, Strategy, Roadmap & Release & delivery of their respective product. <br>- Face of and <em>de-facto</em> end-to-end authority, responsible for all aspects of their product<br> - Developing & evangelising Product Strategy, Roadmap, Releases & GTM<br> - Driving evidence-based decisions relating to the Product through proactive primary & secondary R&A<br> - Driving disciplined, balance, contextual & commercially sound Product decision<br> - Monitoring & managing team of Product Owners<br> - Designing, planning, executing & evaluating Prototypes & Proofs of Concept (POCs), ready to incorporate into Roadmap<br><strong><br>Must have: </strong><br> - 5+ years Product Management experience in B2B SaaS<br> - 3-4 years as Product Manager<br> - 3-4 years Agile working<br> - 3-4 years as Product Manager <br> - 3-4 years of Primary & Secondary R&A<br> - 3-4 years managing teams directly (Product Owners) & indirectly (developers)<br> - 3-4 years developing & delivering against product Visions, Strategies & Roadmaps<br> - 2-3 years Partner management & engagement experience - ideally Salesforce, Hubspot etc.<br> <br><strong>Should Have:</strong><br> - 2-3 years marketing experience, ideally with marketing agencies <br> - 2-3 years’ experience developing & managing POCs<br> - Either a healthy balance between start-ups & enterprise, or specifically mid-market experience<br> - Multiple roles lasting longer than 2 years<br> <br><strong><br></strong><br /><br /><em>Here at Futureheads, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. <p>Sophie heads up all things freelance for the Product and Projects team, working on a variety of roles up to C-level.</p>
<p>As part of the Product and Projects Team at Futureheads Sophie works with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts placing them with a broad range of clients from small start-ups, consultancies and well-known brands.</p>
<p>Outside of work Sophie enjoys socialising, watching reality TV and spending time with her mini dachshund puppy - Luna &lt;3. Sophie is also passionate about health and fitness and is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher.</p>
