<p>I am currently recruiting a Product Manager to join a new team within a local authority.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and reporting to the Lead Product Manager, the role of the Product Manager is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of products developed and iterated upon within your teams.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> You will work across a portfolio of CRM and data products, working closely with delivery managers, user researchers, designers, and developers. You will have a focus on how user needs inform great products and will inspire others across the organisation to see the value in putting the needs of our users first.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>The role of Product Manager: </strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work collaboratively with members of the product and services teams to build and iteratively improve high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our users</li><li>Set clear strategies and measurable goals for products and services</li><li>Understand the different phases of the product life cycle, recognising when to move from one stage to another</li><li>Own the product backlog and roadmap, and clearly communicate these to stakeholders</li><li>Define and prioritise clear user stories, based on research and an understanding of technology and technical constraints</li><li>Demonstrate a working understanding of design, technology, and data principles and standards</li><li>Help teams to manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP) and scope</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>Here at Futureheads, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
