Futureheads are currently working with a high growth professional services consultancy who are recruiting their first Product Manager. The company have built a reputation for being experts in their field whilst focusing on their employees first and creating a great place to work. As the company continues to grow, they feel now is the right time to hire a product specialist who can help take them to the next level and continue their success.

The company uses multiple systems and this role will help them communicate more effectively which will improve efficiency, whist also building a new customer facing portal to that will in turn increase sales.

Key responsibilities include

  • Creating and owning an internal roadmap for the company focusing on outcomes to ensure that technology is optimised within the business
  • Owning and developing strategies for the product priorities
  • Managing & understanding the tools the company uses – for communication, sales, marketing, product delivery, user-onboarding (both client and internally)
  • Work with all departments across the company to support, optimise and execute projects effectively
  • Analysis of the status of data within the company, creating workflows to automate processes where possible
  • Constantly reviewing and optimising internal processes, finding tools or methods to either automate or optimise
  • Instrumental in developing company processes – capable of scaling both quality & quantity
  • Able to manage and facilitate the conducting of Market Research working closely with the Marketing Manager
  • Assist in the strategic setting of goals for teams and contributors using data defined by the abilities of our internal systems
  • Collating and analysing of client feedback to inform the wider company
  • Manage the release process, monitoring data and regularly communicating with stakeholders.

 

The ideal candidate will be / have:

  • Experience in a product management position and fully understand the duties of a Product Manager
  • Data-driven, using insights to build a business cases
  • The ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders including ops, sales and marketing and pushing back when necessary
  • The ability to understand customer needs and put their first when developing products
  • The ability to work autonomously and educate others on product best practice
  • You have strong organisational skills and have a structured approach to solving problems
  • You are responsive and hands-on with all aspects of the work, including helping out other teams to get something across the line
