<p>Principal Front End Developer<br><br>Futureheads are looking for a Principal Front End Developer to join a FinTech startup who are building a cutting-edge wealth investment platform. Having already picked up a generous amount at pre-seed, they have healthy runway and are now looking to add great engineers to their team.<br><br>Their Stack: React/TypeScript<br><br>Remit:&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Have worked within a startup environment and are able to work autonomously&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Have experience in mentoring more junior developers (needed as they scale)<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ideally have 5+ years worth of experience as a developer working on complex products.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with React &amp; TypeScript<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to write scalable and reusable code<br><br><br>Remote UK<br>Salary: &pound;90-120k DOE +_ Equity<br><br>*MUST HAVE UK RTW*<br><br><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know. Joe Parry

<p>Joe sits within the Engineering team and works across the stack filling Front End, Full Stack and Backend positions within the JavaScript sphere.</p>
<p>Joe works alongside various start-up businesses that are looking to make critical software hires to both help teams and products grow by matching skillsets alongside cultural fit for clients and candidates.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Joe has his hands full running after his two toddlers alongside his wife, whilst also trying to find time to watch live sports and grab a beer with friends.&nbsp;</p>
