Futureheads have partnered with a B2B AdTech platform, who have created an advanced Lead Generation platform, providing solutions and services which cover all stages of the demand generation process. The start-up has grown organically from a methodology the team used on their Marketing publishing and community platform (now a sister company).
Due to the success of the platform, the business is growing, and their next key hire is for an Operations Manager to make sure they are operating in an effective and efficient way.
The Operations Manager position is a varied role with a combination of being a Project Manager, Producer, and Studio Manager. The role will work across the entire business, managing end to end internal delivery processes and helping to shape this for the business, while also bringing some coherence to the team.
This includes managing the schedule for the team, and prioritising tasks while improving the internal systems. You will also track the progress being made across all activities and projects and communicating the status of activities to everyone involved. If there are any potential obstacles, they will be able to make recommendations for resource solutions.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for keeping an eye on continuous improvements and making recommendations on how to make internal processes better. As the team grows, you will make recommendations on future team members.
Experience needed for this role is as follows:
- Experience working in a similar role – whether it is operations, resource or project based. We are looking for potential as well as experience!
- A passion for digital
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage a variety of projects.
- Great interpersonal skills and be able to approach challenges with a clear head.
- Technically literate – able to quickly understand new tools and products.
