<p>Futureheads are working with high growth marine tech solutions company that are expanding their B2B offering and seeking to enhance their preexisting offering by adding digitalised visualisation tools. The business had developed a number of niche products that are market leading and have led to sizable growth in recent years scaling from 10 to over 100 employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;As part of that growth trajectory the company have recognised the need to enhance their product offering and are seeking a number of ways to ensure they can offer their customers a range of mobile tools with a larger iOS application.<br><br>&nbsp;<br><br>What we'd like to see:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience building iOS applications (Swift or Objective-C)&nbsp;from concept to completion and to produce high quality code and a reliable app.</li>
<li>Experience within at least 2 organisations and will have the breadth of knowledge to understand both the pros and cons of their technical decision making.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ideally some experience leading on smaller projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience of other programming languages would be highly beneficial</li>
<li>Strong team player with good comms and ability to work with a varied stakeholder community.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Interview Process: 2 Stage</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Initial 60-90mins; Meeting with Head of Engineering &amp; Head of Design + one other</li>
<li>Face to face meeting with the CEO and short chat once again with HoE</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Package:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Base Salary - &pound;60-80,000</li>
<li>BUPA Health Cover (post probation)</li>
<li>Govt Pension Scheme</li>
<li>25 Days Holiday + (UK bank holidays)</li>
<li>Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in NW1</li>

Mobile App Developer (iOS)

Craig Armstrong

<p>Craig is an experienced Recruitment Manager with a breadth of experience in Digital and Finance Tech. He leads the Engineering, Projects and Product teams, covering perm and contract covering Front end, Fullstack and Back end roles (generally with a largely leaning toward Javascript) as well as Engineering leadership roles and Architecture.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Craig is a hands-on leader that likes to engage closely with the tech community across every level from Junior to CTO. He loves to regularly discuss the challenges within the market amongst Tech Leaders in Startups to Scale-Ups &amp; Enterprise organisations.&nbsp;He likes to collaborate closely with his team and through them gets to see an even larger spread of what the London Tech scene has to offer whether that be in Tech for good, Travel Tech or Fintech.</p>
<p>Away from work, Craig has his hands full with Dogs, Cats and a mini human - Mylo, who's off to school this year. Aside from that, he loves gigs, football matches, running and cycling - when he can fit it into the diary.&nbsp;</p>
