<p>Currently working with a Financial Services / Investments business with a focus on Direct Investments, allowing their customers to invest through different products to help secure their / their families financial future. The business puts a huge emphasis on finding different insights and opportunities, as well as providing market leading quality for their customers &ndash; this means there is a huge focus on UX and Design within the organisation.&nbsp;<br><br>They are looking for a product designer to work on&nbsp;a number of areas within the business, but primarily the Investment Management Tools used internally within the business &ndash; these are the tools that drive most of the capabilities within the business, so there is a key focus on presenting complex data, and providing clarity and usability to Analysts and other core user groups.&nbsp;<br><br>Design Team:<br><br>This role reports into their UX Lead (Ben) who has played a key role in the growth and visibility of Design in the organisation so far. Ben is currently the sole Designer, so you will be joining him as a result in demand for more Design-thinking across other products and areas of the organisation&nbsp;<br><br>Salary: up to &pound;60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits (see attached document)&nbsp;<br><br>IV Process:<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;1st Stage, 30 minute introductory call&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;2nd Stage, Take-Home Design exercise + Interview to present back response&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;3rd Stage, Interview with wider tech and product team<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;4th Stage, Meeting Head of Department (It&rsquo;s likely this would happen at the same time as the 3rd stage, diaries allowing)&nbsp;<br><br>Location: West London - 1 day/week in the office<br><br><br>The ideal candidate for this role would&rsquo;ve worked end to end on complex SaaS platforms before, whether that is in a start-up or more established environment.&nbsp;<br>If you think this sounds like you and it could be a great fit click the happily button!<br><br><em><em>We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
