<p><strong>Senior/Lead UX Designer</strong><br>I&rsquo;m currently working with UK&rsquo;s first B Corp Health Insurer who have now built and launched a new venture as part of their existing portfolio of companies. <br><br>They&rsquo;re on a mission to lower barriers to affordable healthcare and improve patient choice, with an exciting new business sitting at the heart of the new digitalisation and venture building strategy - empowering practitioners to give patients the finance and confidence to get the care they need. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the journey to create and scale a multi-product business across health financing, treatment support, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provision and compliance.<br><br>To achieve these goals, the client are now hiring a high-performing permanent team to join the leadership team to take the venture to the next level;<br><br><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be responsible for as a Senior UX Designer: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop the long-term product vision in close collaboration with the Head of Product</li>
<li>Plan, conceptualise, and set up user research and product testing, including feature discovery and usability testing (both qualitative and quantitative)</li>
<li>Work closely with designers, product managers, and software engineers to translate insights from research into wireframes, prototypes, and features specifications</li>
<li>Create and iterate versions based on feedback and learnings, with a good understanding of when to apply attention to detail and when rough scribbles and prototypes will suffice</li>
</ul>

Lead UX Designer

Alex Cavanagh

<p>Alex is a Senior Consultant at Futureheads and has been involved in the area of product design throughout his entire recruitment career. He particularly enjoys working with hiring managers to uncover exact details of what they'd be looking for and efficiently resourcing for roles.</p>
<p>As part of the product design team, Alex works with tech companies across London and has had great success working with start-ups and fintech businesses.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Alex loves to see friends, visit a variety of pubs around London and travel to different countries. He's had brief spells living in Singapore and Barcelona and now finds himself in the east end of London in Hackney. Alex has also scored at Wembley!</p>
