<p>Futureheads is working with a specialist B2B SaaS company who offer Cyber Security and Pen Testing services.<br><br>The company are on a journey from start-up to fully-fledged scale-up. They&rsquo;ve expanded methodically over the last few years and have grown not only the bottom line but have also taken the company to over 50 heads in the previous 2 years.<br><br>The plans are to continue their growth journey consistently across the next year and their key aim is to add to the Product team and to double the headcount to 4 in the group.<br><br>The Product Lead will be assuming a pivotal role in helping to better define the product roadmap and ensure standards and processes are set out that will allow the team and the business to scale effectively.<br><br><br><strong>What we would like to see from the candidates:<br><br></strong>Good experience (at least a couple of years) within a Tech heavy SaaS organization and product team. The product offering is complex and someone must have experience previously working with similar products.<br><br>Leadership experience. We&rsquo;re looking for a lead, not a people manager &ndash; we would like someone with the desire to remain still close to the coal face and can both shape strategy but also not be afraid to be able to demonstrate to the team how to navigate issues and provide solutions to complex problems.<br>&nbsp;<br>Experience within either a start up or scale up would be highly beneficial.&nbsp;<br><br>Knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security would be a real plus.<br><br><strong>PROCESS:</strong></p>

Lead Product Manager - Cyber Security SaaS

Craig Armstrong

<p>Craig is an experienced Recruitment Manager with a breadth of experience in Digital and Finance Tech. He leads the Engineering, Projects and Product teams, covering perm and contract covering Front end, Fullstack and Back end roles (generally with a largely leaning toward Javascript) as well as Engineering leadership roles and Architecture.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Craig is a hands-on leader that likes to engage closely with the tech community across every level from Junior to CTO. He loves to regularly discuss the challenges within the market amongst Tech Leaders in Startups to Scale-Ups &amp; Enterprise organisations.&nbsp;He likes to collaborate closely with his team and through them gets to see an even larger spread of what the London Tech scene has to offer whether that be in Tech for good, Travel Tech or Fintech.</p>
<p>Away from work, Craig has his hands full with Dogs, Cats and a mini human - Mylo, who's off to school this year. Aside from that, he loves gigs, football matches, running and cycling - when he can fit it into the diary.&nbsp;</p>
