<p>I’m looking for a hands-on lead level Product Designer to join a great product and service design studio.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> They are design partners in every sense. Partnering with clients, working end-to-end from strategy, definition, execution and development, and embedding into the own design function.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> The Product Design team is currently made of 5 designers (soon to be 7). Although small in size, they are mighty in what they deliver and have over the last couple of years, won great clients including Gousto, DAZN and Google – forming long-term partnerships that delivers lasting value.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> The main remits of this role is to lead from the front and help define the calibre and craft of design output, and working with the Design Director to ensure work is delivered to the highest design quality in execution and strategy.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> About you</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience of leading projects across the end-to-end design process</li><li>Strong design portfolio showcasing excellent UX design thinking and craft</li><li>Experience of delivering customer-centric strategies and executions</li><li>Fully comfortable organising and facilitating client team workshops</li><li>Experience of leading projects across the end-to-end design process</li><li>Understanding of data and information design</li><li>Clear and confident stakeholder management</li><li>Experience of working closely with internal and remote development teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> What you'll be doing</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Working with the Design Director to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality so clients and their users are constantly delighted</li><li>Work closely with product managers to align with the product strategy and vision</li><li>Define customer journeys, experience maps, flow diagrams, information architecture and sitemaps in order to help you and your team make sense of complex information and flows</li><li>Plan, conduct and interpret customer research to gain insight to use to develop new services or features</li><li>Manage client expectations and deliver projects on time and on budget</li><li>Provide strategic support and direction to all levels of the clients business so they can have more influence on product development strategy and make a bigger positive impact</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> About you</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Set an inspiring example through positive energy and determination</li><li>Openly collaborative and willing to share your brain</li><li>Detailed orientated and see the importance of craft and consideration</li><li>Keen prioritiser and super organised</li><li>Open-minded enough to listen to and be influenced by new ideas and perspectives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>Here at Futureheads, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds, so if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment processes better for you and to allow you to show your best self, let us know.
