Head of User Experience

A Digital Media and Publishing company with a multi-brand portfolio is looking for a Head of User Experience to lead their UX and research team of 10-15 people, which is across two locations.
This is a great opportunity to further improve their core digital platform, while increasing the seamlessness of the user experience further through defining and driving evidence-based UX strategy and design.
You will be doing this through business-focused UX Architecture, and leadership of the creation of UX deliverables (wireframes, workflows, prototypes, user journeys, information architecture). Your methodology and research techniques must be sound as you will be expected to present the findings to stakeholders, clearly communicating your recommendations.
Experience working in an Agency previously will be advantageous for this position as it will be full of variety, with brands covering numerous topics, content and special interests which appeals to a wide number of customers. This said, our client appreciates that the right person may sit client side.
