Head of Product Training and Enablement – 12m FTC

Futureheads are currently working with a fast paced and exciting software development business who are looking for a Head of Training and Enablement to educate users and clients to get the most from products. You will play a key role in developing in depth training material and content to upskill clients. The business services a number of clients in the same group that is ever expanding and in the process of developing new products that you will need to develop training material for.

 Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver a robust learning agenda for our customers across multiple products
  • Help define and embed appropriate policies and practices, ways of working and behaviours to manage learning experiences
  • Evaluate, design and execute innovative and engaging approaches to learning
  • Lead the development of technical documentation and training curriculum
  • Partner closely with Product and Customer Success teams to support them with best practice implementation
  • Assess customer challenges with adoption of our products and implement learning strategies to address these challenges. Monitor progress and suggest continuous improvements
  • Understand trends, identify potential opportunities and gaps, leverage external best practices, and develop learning initiatives that drive business results


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in relevant roles within software and/or advertising companies
  • Experience building or growing a function.
  • Experience with content design, curriculum development, delivery and programme coordination.
  • Confidence and credibility in presenting effectively to a variety of audiences, including experts and non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication and change management skills, and ability to build strong relationships
  • Success in building and recruiting and developing a team of talented individuals, and ensuring they work well across the organisation
  • Display high energy, possess a learning orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a global setting across localities and time zones
