We are very proud to be partnering with an ambitious coaching platform that are heavily investing in their digital transformation to support the continued success and growth. To date they have been delivering a great product and service without needing digital service but they have identified to scale this is an integral step.<br><br>Since agreeing on the new direction, the business have engaged with several interim staff who have worked with the business to define the core requirements and begin the laying the foundations. That team have elevated the business to a point they now are are looking to bring in a permanent team to continue the build and delivery of said product which is due to land in Q1.<br><br>To be considered for this role they are wanting a person who has demonstrable experience within the start-up/scale-up world as you will need that entrepreneurial spirit to get things done without the support of larger function. In addition, showing that you have not only built several products/platforms but stuck around to go through the optimisation and continuous delivery phase.<br><br>Naturally overseeing multi-disciplinary product teams being able to wear multiple hats being their translator of business requirements to the various stakeholders and respective teams is a non-negotiable. So that means excellent communication skills and leadership to be able to take people on the journey with you.<br><br>The grand plan is to hire in product, marketing, engineering and analytics to support the build but its very much a fly the plane whilst still building it.
