They operate as a high-performing, not for profit who have over 10,000 members in the UK and have won multiple awards their performance in advancing the professions they support. They are on a mission to build a better profession by better educating the professionals they support, promoting career development opportunities and by working closely with regulators, policymakers and the media.<br><br>This is a great opportunity to act as the main point of contact to drive and the organisation&rsquo;s digital transformation programme. The aim of the programme is to successfully create and deliver a great customer experience across digital channels. You&rsquo;ll be involved in all aspects of the transformation and need to work closely with 3rd&nbsp;party agencies, IT, Web, Membership, Marketing and Education teams.<br><br><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong><br><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Work across a number of digital products to deliver an engaging web experience, and working through an ambitious roadmap of work.</li>
<li>This will include running the initial scoping phase, planning, budgeting, design, development and implementation</li>
<li>Oversee the day to day digital development, aligning teams, deliverables and timeframes</li>
<li>Gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage IT Steering meetings</li>
<li>Engage with users and the community using data and insights to decide the best course of action&nbsp;</li>
<li>Line managing two people.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>To be successful in this position, you need to be/have:</strong><br><br></p>
<ul>
<li>A background in Business Analysis, and Project Management skills would be ideal.</li>
<li>Proven success in managing budgets</li>
<li>Previous experience working with back end web technologies and e-commerce systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of working with CRMs (particularly Sitecore and MS Dynamics) are desirable</li>
<li>Previous experience working with a UX/CX/UI focused project</li>
<li>Experience working in a not for profit, charity or membership environment.</li>
</ul>
