<p><strong>Head of Data Science</strong><br><br>London (3 days per week in London office)<br><br>Salary: &pound;100-120k<br><br>Futureheads are working with a climate specialist scale up who are going through an exciting time with big plans ahead of them. To date the business have created a product that is being utilised by several large scale clients with plans to create several other products that will be the focus of this role.<br><br>The business have an established Data Science team which is 5 strong with designs to grow in the next 18 months. Therefore this requires proven leadership experience but still with the ability to be hands on (70/30 split in favour of management). Naturally you should be an excellent communicator and despite the team being pretty technical you will be involved in various client presentations and pitches so the ability to explain to non-tech audiences is key.<br><br>If you were to have climate change experience in a commercial capacity that would be ace however a strong interest is favourable to ensure you are passionate about the products and work. One notable thing to mention is demonstrable experience within scale/start up environments as you will need to be comfortable with chaos and the various challenges thrown at you. Multiple hat wearing is key skill for this role!
