Futureheads have partnered with a boutique consultancy based in South London, who work with a range of clients across the public and private sector to make meaningful changes. The consultancy place consultants onsite with their portfolio of clients, leading transformation across three main areas – people, processes and digital.
The consultancy is going through a period of rapid growth and are looking for a range of Consultants to join them and work across upcoming projects. Training and Coaching is at the heart of what they do, with typically 20% of your week dedicated to developing your skills and collaborating with colleagues to expand your knowledge. You will have all the tools to progress quickly, and operate at a high level, leaving lasting impression on your clients.
Once you have joined the team, you can be onsite with clients as soon as possible. You will work closely with a small team in an agile environment, to offer solutions on how to transform their organisations. The consultant role suits a broad skillset, and you will take on Analysis and Delivery responsibilities. You will be encouraged to rotate around a variety of roles so you can build up the skills to success.
Consultants will oversee the delivery of services across specific areas, and help to shape engagements, taking responsibility for your areas. You will also be able to recommend suggestions to Directors on development strategies for clients.
Depending on your prior experience, there is an opportunity to help with business growth too and expanding opportunities with current clients.
There will be some travel involved across the UK, but they can be flexible around this.
You will stand out if you have worked for Central Government clients before. This opportunity is ideal if you are looking to move into a consultancy or want to transition into working in a more digital environment. Current Consultants have come from a range of background, some of the most common being Business Analysis, Delivery Management and Product Ownership. It would be great if you have some quant and qual analysis experience too.
You will be able to build strong relationships and have outstanding interpersonal skills. You will need to be resilient – new ideas and solutions won’t always go to plan – and you will be solutions driven to come up with alternative ideas. A good self-awareness is key, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and knowledge.
This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking to progress and take a step up in your career. If you are looking for an encouraging environment where you can help shape the direction of the business, then get in touch.
Here at Futureheads we want to create an environment where true diversity is second nature. Futurehead or not, we encourage an open dialogue and we want you to feel able to share your needs to be comfortable and happy.
